Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all! Many of our customers choose to go about their day while we take care of the cleaning. We’re fully trusted and respectful of your space.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Absolutely. Every member of our team is fully insured, background checked, and trained to deliver top-quality, professional service.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, our team comes fully equipped with all necessary supplies. If you’d prefer we use your products, just let us know in advance.

How do I book a clean?
Simply book a call or send us a message via our website. We’ll find a time that suits you and tailor the clean to your home.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, we just ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust our schedule and support our team fairly. All customers have access to Sparkle Hub, where you can check your appointments, make changes, or reschedule to suit your needs.

How much does a clean cost?
We offer fixed pricing based on the size of your home and the type of service you need. Get in touch and we’ll provide a clear, upfront price, no surprises.
How do I pay for my clean?
We offer secure payment options including credit cards, debit cards, Afterpay, and bank transfer. Credit and debit card payments can be made easily through your Sparkle Hub account.
